Home Fitness Program – (7 Exercises you Should be Doing to Lose Fat)
Here is a simple home training plan to burn fat, look and feel better!
- Bring your water and towel (you gonna need this) and get into some comfortable clothes.
- We will start with a quick warm up, so lets do some light jogs.
- Move your arms up and down so you can get your body and joints warmed enough.
- Keep doing this move for at around 5 minutes.
Now that you are warmed up and ready for your home fitness workout, we will start. Below we have listed all the exercises that we are going to perform throughout this session:
- Push-up ( you can do the easy option with knees on the floor)
- Dips with arms on chair
- Body weight squat
- Butterfly bridges
- Single leg bridge
- Prone planks
- Mountain climber
If you want to lose weight and burn more fat, repeat each exercise for 3 sets of 20-25 repetitions. Include some cardio exercises in between such as jogs, jumping jacks, or burpees and high knees. But if you don’t like it, no worries, it is enough to use simple cardio exercise just to keep your heart rate level up and burn more calories. If you want to tone and strengthen your muscles you can repeat the exercises only for 2 sets including cardio exercises in between.
The above exercise program will definitely help you tone up if you are a beginner and you don’t need to complicate the move or feel the pain in order to reach your goal. You only need to focus and acquire the quality concept over that of quantity.
